Communicat offers a support program tailored to your needs. We work with you to define the level of support you need: Integrated Support or Wedge Support.

Integrated Support

Our integrated support service provides total support coverage on all aspects of your system.

Wedge or Specialised Support

Alternatively, if you prefer to deal with different support providers regarding different aspects of your systems then we also provide wedge support. For example you may require our services  only to support your business and accounting systems.

Support Fees

We can provide support at a fixed monthly fee, or on a pay-as-you-go basis. The fee is negotiated for each business to ensure that you receive exactly the support you need. For example, it may include unlimited phone support, regular preventative maintenance visits or online support.
