
Parking options
Parking is usually available in the streets near the Communicat office at 541 King Street (corner of King Street and Stanley Street). The closest and most convenient location to park your vehicle is in Stanley Street near the corner of King Street. Kerbside parking in Stanley Street is free for periods up to 1 hour. If you require parking for a longer period then metered parking is available in the centre of Stanley Street and on the East side of King street. Kerbside parking is unlimited after 6:30pm and before 7:30am. Parking in metered areas is free after 6:30pm and before 7:30am.
Parking is also available in the Council Car Park on the corner of Roden St and Victoria St
Public Transport Options – Tram and Train
Tram
If you are attending an event at Communicat and street parking is limited you can use the Council Car Park on the corner of Roden St and Victoria St which has metered parking available.
If you are catching a tram from the City take the Number 57 tram from Elizabeth St heading out of town, heading North towards the Victoria Market. Travel past the market and get off at Stop 10, corner of Victoria Street and Chetwynd Street – outside Simonds Catholic College and the large church (St Mary Star of the Sea). Head south along Chetwynd street and through the small park in Eades Place and then you will be in King Street. Then cross the road to arrive at Communicat 541 King St.
Train
City Loop Train to Flagstaff Gardens and walk north-west (away from the city) through the Flagstaff Gardens. Then walk North along King Street (heading away from the city) until you reach the corner of King and Stanley Streets where Communicat is located at 541 King Street.
