About our support

Communicat offers a support program tailored to your needs - our Communicat Support Club. We work with you to define the level of support you need: Integrated Support or Wedge Support. Integrated support provides total coverage on all aspects of your system.

Alternatively, if you prefer to deal with different support providers regarding different aspects of your systems then we also provide wedge support, for example you may require our services in respect of our accounting systems. We can provide support at a fixed monthly fee, or on a pay-as-you-go basis. The fee is negotiated for each business to ensure that you receive exactly the support you need. For example, it may include unlimited phone support, regular preventative maintenance visits or online support.

In our experience, clients get real value from this service. Not only does the regular payment save on administration and make planning your cash flow easier, your employees get immediate benefits from easier access to professional support.
