Alternatively, if you prefer to deal with different support providers regarding different aspects of your systems then we also provide wedge support, for example you may require our services in respect of our accounting systems. We can provide support at a fixed monthly fee, or on a pay-as-you-go basis. The fee is negotiated for each business to ensure that you receive exactly the support you need. For example, it may include unlimited phone support, regular preventative maintenance visits or online support.
